Each practice manager attends for interview at our office in Central London. Our personal approach encourages good communication and liaison. The interview enables our experienced dentalrecruitment staff to discuss their training and previous employment history. It is also an opportunity for us to assess their interpersonal skills, personal presentation and professional attitude. We would recommend that a Practice Manager put forward for a permanent post with you undertake a day’s trial in your practice.
