• All interviewees will have been checked by us for their appropriate professional status including:

• Professional registration.

• References.

• Indemnity insurance.

• Hepatitis B inoculation documents.

Answering Service

We are delighted to have developed this as a result of your needs, to assist you in your absence.

• Your telephone line is diverted to a reserved line at Southern Cross Dental where all your practice queries will be dealt with.
• A specialist telephone service operated by a qualified dental surgery assistant to answer queries.
• Calls are answered with your own surgery name.
• We will respond to your patients’ enquiries as instructed by you.
• Patients will simply call your usual surgery number.
• This specialist service is limited to surgeries of two dentists or less.

• 24 Hour nurse booking line also available.
