The interview enables our experienced dental/recruitment staff to discuss their training and previous employment history. All Southern Cross Dental temporary nurses are required to demonstrate and prove a track record, with a minimum 2 years experience and good references. A detailed clinical review of product knowledge and procedures ensures appropriate skills are matched to your requirements. Following successful interview we would recommend that a nurse put forward for a permanent post with you undertake a day’s trial in your practice Southern Cross Dental staff have worked in a variety of practices over the years and may already know your surgery.

Provision Of Temporary Dental Nurses

Each nurse attends for an interview at our office in Central London. The interview enables our experienced dental recruitment staff to discuss their training and previous employment history. It is also an opportunity for us to assess their interpersonal skills, personal presentation and professional attitudes. We offer an immediate telephone booking service, with operational office hours in from 08.00 hrs until 18.30 hrs ‘Last minute’ out of hours bookings are available through our office number, which will be answered by one of our team out of hours.
